And what has always made these successful people or millionaires stand out is their mentality (POSITIVE MIND ATTITUDE) and the drive to reach their goals while letting nothing hold them back. This mindset can lead any individuals to wealth.

RESOURCES

There are three major resources that I think are critical to ones life and  personal development. They are money, energy & time.

Generally any investment you make in personal development will require the expenditure of one of these three resources. If you invest these resources properly, you can develop assets that can help you bring in more. If you invest them poorly, you may end up with liabilities that drain your resources.

Our resources are

  • Media
  • Auto Sales
  • Transportation
  • Interior Design  & Furniture
  • Web  Solution

YOUTH EMPOWERMENT

The Youth Empowerment Initiative Program is one of our main  financial resources to support the implementation of Youth Guarantee schemes. It was launched July 2017 with the (SEWING MACHINE PROJECT) to provide support for young people living in Kwara state and other regions in Nigeria where youth unemployment are higher .

It exclusively supports young people who are willing to learn a new trade to help themselves, however ,educationemployment or training , including long-term unemployed youths or job-seekers are not left aside.

This is to ensures that in some parts of Kwara state and Nigeria, where the challenges are most acute, young persons can receive targeted support.

The YEIP or Ademola’s Foundation, typically supports the provision of

  • apprenticeships,
  • training,
  • job placements
  • Registration of  WAEC,NECO & JAMB.

Under the YEIP,  young people from age  18-25 can receive a good quality offer of employment, continued education, an apprenticeship or a training .

The Youth Employment Initiative Program is a complementary to other actions undertaken by the Founder ( Ademola Omoboriowo Adetunji’s ), in particular through his Personal Social Fund (PSF).

Ademola Adetunji’s Short Crossover story- As A Dish Washer To An Etrepreneur!

Ademola Adetunji’s  Short Crossover story- As A Dish Washer To Becoming An Etrepreneur!

If you’ve been one of my close friends over the years, you will know a lot about my story and how it felt like while growing up. I never had the best of everything. You may also wish to know that I struggled like every other humble beginners when I first started publishing an online entertainment magazine .

I didn’t have the “know how” that I have today, the knowledge and tools that I have used to grow all my business into what they are today . Thanks to YouTube and internet providers.

When I decided to take a bold step in 2011 , to quit my Ten Hours Job as A DISH WASHER and start an online publishing magazine, friends and families thought I was insane, but I later realized that only aggressive insane people who craves for success , reach their desired destinations or rather, achieve their respective goals…

Fast forward, “I got my first client and made my first income as an entrepreneur through my business website” and I had no visual office but my website and mobile phone where my office.

However, while I was starting out, there were times I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to pay my rent or feed once a day, I also thought about giving up my business after quitting as a DISH WASHER , but my passion for what I wanted kept me going.

I remembered vividly how my friends and my ex girlfriend walked in to the restaurant where I work with their friends , I had to take their orders and serve them, my ex girl mocked me and she asked “ Are YOU now a Dish Washer? yes I answered and … I stocked with my job and stayed focused.

Today my life experience and my stories, are what have helped me to create massive success in my businesses through internet . I’ve used this experience to build my businesses and I like to inspire the world with my experiences. I’d like to help you do the same with my stories.…

You need to bring your businesses online as an entrepreneur or a StartUp, and VODERHOST is here to help you make this happen.

“In life if you are not brave to take the bull by the horn, the bull will take you with it horns, if you are not ready to pay a price then don’t expect to achieve any success, as the path to success is not made for a weak mind”

Get Inspired And Motivated

BEFORE YOU START A BUSINESS-Find a need and fill it,And Don’t Blow Your WHISTLE.

Most people who are just starting out make the mistake of looking for a product first, and a market second.

To boost your chances of success, start with a market. The trick is to find a group of people who are searching for a solution to a problem, but not finding many results.

Don’t Blow Your Whistle When You FIND A NEED!

“A common mistake entrepreneurs make is that we get so excited about an idea or business venture we have, and we start sharing our vision with people around us and close to us. The bad part about that is not everyone is meant to know your vision.

“You shouldn’t tell people your next move if you haven’t made it yet. If people don’t know what you’re doing, they can’t distract you or get in the way of your goal.

” According to Crews, by telling people what you’re doing or what you’re about to do, you’re basically showing them your hand before you play it.

And then all sort of negative advises will ruin your confidence, then discouragement and before you say JACK, they are already doing what you were discouraged not to do and if you have to tell an investor about your IDEA make sure you have a LEGAL PROTECTION.

How To Achieve Big Goals By Setting Small Goals.

We all want to be successful but a lot of us find it difficult to nurture our dreams with persistence, and after few trials without succeeding , most people “QUIT”.
However, looking back at how I started very small, taking little steps at a time, and after been opportune to work with different kind of people, seeing them in their difficult times and how they succeed. I would recommend visualization as a powerful tool for goal setting.

I started “Imagining how life will be after I have reached my goals, and I took that as a great motivator to keep me moving forward”.

Notwithstanding, I am aware that visualization might produce the opposite results in people who have a fear of failure. People who have a fear of failure were often left in a strong negative perception after being asked to visualize their goals and goal attainment, one of the reason is that they feel they can NOT achieve such BIG dreams.

I have had series of experiences were friends and family told me ” That dream is too big for you to achieve . But trust me , there is no dream that is too big to achieve because I have achieved most of those dreams people told me was TOO BIG, by setting small goals and visualizing my dreams.
Therefore, start by setting a few small goals.

1. These should be goals that are slightly, but not overwhelmingly challenging.
2. Think of these goals as “early wins” that are designed to help boost your confidence.
